The entire journey from brief to delivery can be completed remotely, which is how the majority of South African clients outside Cape Town choose to work with the brand.

A personalised quote is prepared based on your brief. Stone options are presented, setting styles are discussed, and a design direction is confirmed before any work begins.
A full 3D CAD render is produced and sent for approval before production begins. You can request changes at this stage. Nothing goes into production until you are satisfied with every detail.
Once the design is approved and a deposit is confirmed, production begins. Clients receive regular updates throughout the manufacturing process.
Every finished piece is inspected before leaving the studio. Stone setting, metal finish, dimensions, and overall quality are verified against the approved CAD design.
Finished pieces are packaged and dispatched via secure courier to any address in South Africa. Delivery is included on all commissions. International delivery is available on request.
