Shipping Policy

All Moissanite By Design online purchases are delivered directly to your door using our courier partners who specialise in secure national and international delivery.

National Delivery:

Shipping is free for all Moissanite By Design online orders, which includes a courier fee and delivery insurance against loss or damage to goods and parcels during the shipping and delivery process.

All Moissanite By Design rings are made to order and will be delivered approximately 3 weeks after your order has been processed.

International Delivery:

Moissanite By Design does not include custom duties and international shipping fees in our order prices. International shipping fees for Moissanite By Design orders is for the buyer’s own account, and can be arranged via Moissanite By Design and our preferred courier partner after your purchase has been confirmed.

We recommend that you purchase insurance for your parcel(s). Moissanite By Design will not be held liable for any loss or damage on goods and parcels that are not insured during the shipping and delivery process.

While all Moissanite By Design jewellery are made to order and get delivered within approximately 3 weeks after your order has been processed, international customers need to check their country’s customs rates and taxes in case duties are raised on your parcel(s) upon arrival.

Returns / Refund policy


If you are not satisfied with your Moissanite By Design order, you have 30 days to return it to us for a refund or exchange, subject to an inspection. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchange them for the same item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@moissanitebydesign.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately custom made, personalised and sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, contact us at info@moissanitebydesign.com and we will send you further instructions and a return address. Moissanite By Design will not be liable for the shipping and insurance costs for any parcels returned for a refund, and exchange or a resizing. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Since you will be shipping valuable items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Replacement items will be re-made to order and sent back to you in 2 – 3 weeks.
