Return and Refund Policy for Engagement Rings, Wedding Rings, and Custom Jewellery
We specialise in made-to-order engagement rings, wedding rings, and custom jewellery pieces. Each item is produced specifically for you based on your selected design, measurements, and specifications. For this reason, all sales are final.
Because these pieces are custom made, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun. Items cannot be resold or repurposed.
Once you have reviewed and approved the CAD design and manufacturing has started, the order is considered final. You are responsible for carefully checking all details in the CAD design, including stone size, shape, setting style, band width, and proportions. Any changes or revisions must be requested before you approve the CAD. After approval, changes are no longer possible.
All deposits and payments made toward engagement rings, wedding rings, or custom jewellery are non-refundable. When an order is placed, design work and manufacturing processes begin immediately, and these costs cannot be recovered if the order is cancelled.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair or replacement at our discretion. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or changes requested after delivery are not covered.
