When you're ready, fill out our custom design form below. Tell us everything—your style, design preferences, timeline, budget, and any meaningful details. The more you share, the smoother the journey will be. You can upload up to five reference images. If you're using heirloom stones, please include all the information you have: shape, type, and millimeter dimensions if available.
We’ll translate your ideas into a first draft. Based on the information you provide, our design team will create a first draft in the form of high-resolution, 3D renderings. You'll also receive an initial quote. If you are looking for a specific center stone, we’ll curate a small selection (1–3 options) that match your criteria. Expect to receive everything within 5 days of submitting your request.
Love your design at first sight? Amazing—you're ready for the next step! A 50% deposit secures your design and begins production. Need changes? No problem. We’re happy to refine your piece. If your design needs more than two rounds of revisions, a R500 non-refundable deposit is required for additional revisions, which will be credited toward your final piece.
Once your deposit is received, we’ll prepare for production. Our team will create a CAD drawing which we will send to you for approval. We aim for complete satisfaction and will make adjustments as needed. If any final tweaks are needed, this is the time. Your full approval moves us forward to the final phase: production.
The final step, anticipation! With your final go-ahead and deposit payment, we begin crafting your one-of-a-kind piece. Now your chosen design is cast in your chosen metal. Our team will carefully assemble every element - polishing, setting your stones by hand, shaping prongs, and adding finished and final touches. Production takes 4–5 weeks depending on complexity. Once complete, your piece will be beautifully packaged and shipped to you, ready to be cherished for a lifetime!
