We make every moissanite engagement ring to order to ensure the highest quality. Our standard manufacturing lead time is 3-4 weeks. Please know that we will do our best to get your ring completed as soon as possible.

Lab Grown Diamonds
In order to offer you the best prices, we buy and import on a weekly basis. The process is streamlined and generally fast and typically ships out to you within 8 to 15 working days.

Yes! At Moissanite By Design, we offer international shipping on all orders, including those for the perfect moissanite engagement ring. Shop online and add your chosen piece to your shopping bag with ease.

Import Duties and Taxes
You may have to pay local import taxes and duties, which Moissanite By Design does not cover, as some countries do not allow us to pay them as the sender

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

We take pride in producing high-quality jewellery and aim for every client to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Because our engagement rings, wedding rings, and custom jewellery are made to order, specific terms apply to returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Return and Refund Policy for Engagement Rings, Wedding Rings, and Custom Jewellery

We specialise in made-to-order engagement rings, wedding rings, and custom jewellery pieces. Each item is produced specifically for you based on your selected design, measurements, and specifications. For this reason, all sales are final.

Because these pieces are custom made, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun. Items cannot be resold or repurposed.

Once you have reviewed and approved the CAD design and manufacturing has started, the order is considered final. You are responsible for carefully checking all details in the CAD design, including stone size, shape, setting style, band width, and proportions. Any changes or revisions must be requested before you approve the CAD. After approval, changes are no longer possible.

All deposits and payments made toward engagement rings, wedding rings, or custom jewellery are non-refundable. When an order is placed, design work and manufacturing processes begin immediately, and these costs cannot be recovered if the order is cancelled.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair or replacement at our discretion. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or changes requested after delivery are not covered.

This policy applies to:
• Engagement rings
• Wedding rings
• Custom-designed jewellery
• Bespoke commissions
• Any made-to-order jewellery pieces

If you have questions about this policy before placing an order, contact us for clarification. We want you to feel confident before approving your design and proceeding with production.

 

Feel free to contact us at sales@moissanitebydesign.com and we will gladly assist you with any queries you might have.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchange them for the same item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately custom made, personalised and sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, contact us at sales@moissanitebydesign.com and we will send you further instructions and a return address.

Moissanite By Design will not be liable for the shipping and insurance costs for any parcels returned for a refund, and exchange or a resizing. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Since you will be shipping valuable items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Replacement items will be re-made to order and sent back to you in 2 – 3 weeks.
